Jim O'Toole, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance and SQF Practitioner at Bertolino Foods since October 2024. Previously, Jim held the position of Food Safety Quality Manager at ColdSnap™ from March 2022 to November 2024 and was a Quality Systems Manager and SQF Practitioner at Bertolino Foods from June 2020 to April 2022. Jim's earlier experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor and Food Technologist at DiLuigi Foods from December 2017 to June 2020 and Director of Operations at Instinct Health Science, Inc. from March 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, Jim worked as a Senior Research Coordinator at Tufts University from September 2015 to February 2016. Jim's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, both from the University of Rhode Island.
