Shirley Ocanha

Shirley Ocanha is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and process implementation across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Coordinator at Besins Healthcare since September 2018, Shirley focuses on developing HR and occupational safety strategies to support multiple business areas. Previously, Shirley held the HR Business Partner role at the same company, leading initiatives for factory openings and overseeing recruitment processes across different units.
