Nuno Teixeira

Nuno Teixeira is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a robust background in managing large-scale infrastructure and marine projects across various countries. Currently serving as Technical Manager at BESIX since May 2021, Nuno oversees the Portonave quay-wall improvement project, enabling the terminal to accommodate large containerships. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Project Manager at BAM International bv, where notable contributions were made to the Cruise Jetty of Sir Bani Yas Island and the Costa Norte LNG Terminal. Nuno has also served in various capacities at TOPSA, Irmaos Cavaco, OPCA, Eusébios & Filhos, and Mota-Engil, focusing on tender management and project execution in the fields of marine construction and transportation infrastructure. Nuno holds a Civil Engineering degree from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a postgraduate qualification in Roads and Highways’ Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
