Phil Elvy

Phil Elvy has extensive experience in finance and executive management within the housing sector. Currently serving as a Non Executive at Bespoke Supportive Tenancies since August 2020, Phil previously held the position of Executive Director of Finance at Great Places Housing Group from June 2006 until retirement in May 2024. Phil also contributed as Financial Controller at the Riverside Group from September 1998 to September 2003 and held the role of District Finance Officer at Transco from 1996 to 1998. Beginning a career in finance as a Graduate at British Gas from 1989 to 1991, Phil's academic foundation includes a BA in Accountancy and Law from The University of Manchester, completed in 1989, as well as an education at Chatham House Grammar School for Boys from 1978 to 1985.
