Drew Volz

Drew Volz is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in mobile and desktop application development, currently serving as a Team Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer at Best Buy since December 2021. In this role, Drew focuses on enhancing developer tooling, platform security, and stability for iOS, Android, and React Native applications. Previous experience includes a position as a Senior Software Developer at 1Password, where Drew developed desktop UI/UX for multiple operating systems, and a Software Developer role at thoughtbot, contributing to interoperable iOS development for Etsy and creating a video chatting web app for Houseparty. Drew's career began at Lexmark, where multiple roles spanned firmware development, mobile application development, and web-based systems for manufacturing automation.
