Fraily Rodriguez currently serves as the Senior Director of National Lifesaving Programs at Best Friends Animal Society, a role held since November 2020, after previously working as the Director of Lifesaving Centers - East. Prior experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at SPCA of Central Florida from September 2006 to October 2020, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multiple departments, achieving significant revenue goals through various outreach initiatives, and generating over $1 million annually. Additionally, Fraily was the Youth Minister at West Orlando Baptist Church from January 2004 to July 2006, where fundraising efforts resulted in a $250,000 increase in revenue over two years. Fraily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arlington Baptist College and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at LSU Shreveport.
