Jahanara Shinu

Jahanara Shinu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People (HR) Business Partner for BESTSELLER in Bangladesh and Pakistan since July 2021, Jahanara manages legal compliance, employee relations, and HR cost control while supporting global HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Jahanara worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Le Meridien Dhaka, overseeing HRIS and coordinating HR activities. Additional experience includes senior HR positions at Munshi Enterprise Limited, Cityscape International Ltd., and OTOBI Limited, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, and employee benefits management. Jahanara began a career in operations at Apollo Hospitals, progressing through roles that involved HR-related activities. Jahanara holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and relevant postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management.
