Cihan Behlivan is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in finance. Cihan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Marmara University.
