Lexi Novak

Lexi Novak is a highly experienced creative leader currently serving as the Vice President Creative Director at Betches Media since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lexi spent seven years at BDG, progressing through various positions including Vice President of BDG Studios and Senior Director of Branded Content, where brand strategy encompassed partnerships across diverse industries such as beauty, health, and technology. Earlier career milestones include senior editorial roles at Condé Nast, specifically as Beauty Editor and Associate Beauty Editor for Allure magazine. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in biology from Boston University and a graduate degree in journalism from Columbia University.
