Marjorie Kitzes

Marjorie Kitzes currently serves as the Executive Director of Sponsored Programs Administration at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, overseeing a team of over 60 in research grants management. Marjorie has extensive experience in operational leadership, having held senior roles at organizations such as the American International Health Alliance and The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, where responsibilities included managing compliance, budget, and human resources. As a Principal at Marjorie Kitzes Consulting, LLC, Marjorie specializes in advancing organizational development and operational efficiency. Marjorie holds a Certified Professional Coach designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Boston University.
