Lauren McNeil

Lauren McNeil is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the fields of education and autism support. Currently serving as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Better Rehab since January 2023, Lauren previously worked as an Early Intervention Specialist at AEIOU Foundation for children with autism. In prior roles at Victoria University of Wellington, Lauren held various positions including Assistant Communication and Marketing Adviser, Certified ESDM Therapist at the VUW Autism Clinic, and Research Assistant in the School of Education. Early career experience includes childcare and customer service roles at various organizations. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Cultural Anthropology from the same institution, along with educational background from the University of California, Davis, and Chilton Saint James School.
