Katie Andresen

Katie Andresen is an accomplished professional in the venture capital and community engagement sectors, currently serving as the Head of Platform at Better Ventures, an impact VC firm with $108M AUM, where oversight includes a portfolio of over 70 companies. Prior roles include facilitator for Women in Management at Stanford University, and Head of Platform at Backstage Capital, where programming was delivered for over 200 portfolio companies. Katie's experience also encompasses senior management in founder programs at All Raise, community engagement at Square, and event programming at the Phenomenal Woman Action Campaign, among other positions. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University, a Master of Arts in Dispute and Conflict Resolution from SOAS University of London, and has pursued Italian Language and Literature during a study abroad program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
