Karan Singh

Karan Singh is an experienced underwriter in the US mortgage industry, currently employed at Better since August 2024. Previously, Karan held the same position at MOZAIQ LLC from December 2023 to August 2024 and served as a Process Associate Underwriter at Assimilate Solutions from December 2020 to November 2023. In these roles, Karan specialized in evaluating loan applications based on the 4C criteria: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral, as well as assessing credit data. Karan began a career in research at Eminenture Private Limited, transitioning from Senior Research Associate to Associate Researcher, and started in the industry as a Fraud Analyst at Quattro FPO Solutions. Karan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kumaun University, completed in 2018.
