Jaya Mehrotra

Jaya Mehrotra is a seasoned leadership coach and business professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Founder of Women Leadership Circle and Co-Founder of Pegasus Growth since 2022, Jaya also holds a position as Executive Cloud, Premier Fellow Coach, and Associate Coach at BetterUp since 2019. Additionally, Jaya Mehrotra has a long-standing independent coaching practice since 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Coach and Leadership Coach at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Senior Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Vice President at Citibank India. Jaya began a career as an Investment Counsellor at HDFC Bank from 1997 to 2000. Educated with an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jaya Mehrotra is recognized for expertise in leadership development and coaching.
