Lamar Nava

Lamar Nava is an experienced professional in customer success and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Betts since August 2016. With a diverse background in various roles, including Manager of Customer Success and Director of Sales Recruitment at Betts, Lamar has made significant contributions to scaling teams in sales, marketing, and customer success. Additionally, since February 2023, Lamar has been a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software, providing mentorship through the Catalyst Coaching Corner program. Active within the Pavilion community since November 2022, Lamar engages with a network of industry leaders to cultivate professional growth. Earlier career experiences include business development and marketing roles at the New York Police & Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund and marketing specialization at Rallyhood. Lamar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
