Phillip Sadyalunda

Phillip Sadyalunda is an experienced customer support and sales professional with a diverse background in various customer-facing roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support Agent/Customer Experience Agent at Betway Group since December 2023, Phillip assists customers with technical issues and oversees daily operations. Previous experience includes working as a Call Center Official at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited and as a Sales Representative at OG Build Africa. Phillip has also held customer care and liaison positions at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, NBS Bank, and Nedbank, where responsibilities included customer outreach, account management, and sales support. Phillip holds a degree from the University of Malawi, Management Development Centre, completed in 2016.
