Carla Acuna

Carla Acuna is an experienced People & Culture Business Partner currently at Beyond Blue since April 2024. Previously, Carla served as a People, Culture and OD Consultant at shilo.people, where a focus on innovative business practices was key. Prior roles include managing organizational development at Alinta Energy, leading a people and culture team at Melbourne Polytechnic, and overseeing the culture and experience function at Dental Health Services Victoria. Additional experience encompasses significant leadership positions at Australia Post and BP, as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director for the Australian Association of Graduate Employers. Carla holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Change, and Consultancy from RMIT University.
