Kristen Sweat

Kristen Sweat is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, marketing, event operations, and performance arts. Currently serving as the Studio Manager and Social Media Marketing Specialist at Dance Den Tampa since May 2019, Kristen also works as a Marketing Specialist/Merchandising at Beyond Meat, alongside a role as Supervisor at Shiftgig focusing on talent recruitment and event operations for major clients. Kristen has held several roles in promotional and entertainment capacities, including Area Lead for TEAM Enterprises, where Kristen enhances consumer engagement for MillerCoors products, and Stilt Walker/Acrobat for various production companies. With a history as a stunt performer and part of the Orlando Magic’s Blue Crew, Kristen combines creative talents with strong marketing acumen, supported by an Associate of Arts degree in Theatre from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
