Marta Laos

Marta Laos is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the District School Leader for Bezos Academy in Florida since October 2021, focusing on managing and developing Heads of Schools to enhance children's outcomes. Previously, Marta held the position of VP of Education & Community Social Innovation at YWCA South Florida, where responsibilities included overseeing programming and strategic direction for various educational services. Marta's experience also includes roles as Division Director of Education at The Council for Professional Recognition and Youth Development Regional Director at Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, emphasizing quality program delivery and community engagement.
