Technical Professionals

The Technical Professionals team at the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) focuses on ensuring the safety, quality, and sustainability of aquatic resources. The Chemist II and Registered Chemical Technician conduct chemical analyses to monitor water quality and contaminants, the Computer Programmer II develops and maintains software for data management and resource tracking, and the Civil Engineer III oversees the design and maintenance of fisheries infrastructure.
