Joy Egbekoba

Joy Egbekoba is a Quality Assurance Executive (Trainer) at BFREE since September 2020, where responsibilities include educating and guiding New Account Managers through onboarding and conducting ongoing training for all Account Managers to promote performance and continuous improvement. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on call monitoring and trend data analysis, and working as an Account Manager and Customer Service Representative at Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited. Joy Egbekoba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy from Delta State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
