Sirapat Molsiri

Sirapat Molsiri is currently serving in Talent and Career Management at BG Container Glass Public Company Limited since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sirapat worked as an HR Learning and Engagement Executive at AXA Insurance Thailand from May 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing learning development efforts and designing a knowledge management system. At Mitr Phol Group, from January 2019 to May 2023, Sirapat contributed significantly to employer branding, employee engagement, and digital capability development, achieving recognition as one of the top workplaces in Thailand. Sirapat also managed visa and work permit processes for expatriates and held various supportive roles in human resources, including assisting in budget preparation and performance analysis. Currently, Sirapat is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Organization Development at NIDA Thailand, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Processing from Silpakorn University.
