Kaitlyn Dawson

Kaitlyn Dawson currently serves as a Commercialization Project Lead at B&G Foods Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn held roles at Ross Stores, Inc., starting as a Location Planning Analyst I and advancing to Location Planning Analyst II from August 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a Supply Planning Intern position at B&G Foods Inc. and a Student Assistant role at Rutgers Office of Technology and Instructional Services. Kaitlyn also worked as a Finance and Business Service Intern at AXA, a Dean's Assistant at Rutgers University, and gained customer service experience as a Waitress at TGI Fridays and a Customer Service Associate at Beach Culture. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers Business School in 2021.
