Chaturika Rajapakse

Chaturika Rajapakse is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and risk technology. Currently serving at BGC Group since April 2022, Chaturika contributes to the development of ETL services for securities data management. Previous roles include principal developer of Credit and Market Risk Management Systems at Cantor Fitzgerald and development lead within the Post Trade Technology Integration division at BGC Partners, where responsibilities spanned requirements analysis, design, and maintenance across various projects. Earlier experience includes software development for PageOne Communications, focusing on API development, and a brief engagement as a professional pianist. Chaturika holds a Master of Science from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya, along with a performers diploma in piano from the Royal Schools of Music London.
