Javier Castello

Javier Castello, PE, MSCE, is a Senior Project Manager at Cude Engineers, where the primary focus is on residential land development, managing the creation of site studies, land plans, and overseeing the recordation process since May 2014. Previously, from August 2011 to May 2014, Javier served as a Design Engineer at Alpha Engineering, executing elevation certificates and topographies, designing structural foundations for residential and commercial projects, and ensuring compliance with construction plans through regular site inspections. Javier holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2013, following earlier studies at Our Lady of the Lake University.
