Joe Biles

Joe Biles serves as a Training System Subject Matter Expert at BGI, LLC, where expertise in bomber aircrew supports the modernization of flight and maintenance training devices across multiple Air Force Bases. Concurrently, Biles acts as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Strategy Division Chief at the 608th Air Operations Center, aiding in the development of operational plans. An Adjunct Instructor of Political Science at Abilene Christian University, Joe teaches international relations and American foreign policy. Prior experience includes leadership roles in the 345th Bomb Squadron and various positions emphasizing tactical training and operational planning within the Air Force, complemented by a Master of Arts in International Relations from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas Tech University.
