Liam Hayes

Liam Hayes is an experienced Energy Specialist at MCW Group of Companies, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Liam served as a Project Manager, EIT at Kelson from June 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included monitoring project status, managing workforce and material requirements, and compiling project logs. Liam was also a Construction Manager for the Engineering Society of Queen's University, contributing to the design and implementation of a PEO certified structure for the Queen’s Science Formal. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Assistant role at McDougall Insurance & Financial, focusing on digital marketing reporting, and a General Laborer position at Stinson Builders, assisting in various residential construction tasks. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2018.
