Matt Schagrin

Matt Schagrin is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, asset management, and development. Currently serving as Principal and Vice President at BGO since July 2022, Matt has previously held the position of Vice President in the Investment Management Group at RXR Realty from November 2021 to July 2022. Matt's career also includes a role as Senior Director of Real Estate at Common from January 2020 to November 2021, and as Director at Tishman Speyer from January 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities spanned across various aspects of asset management and development. Earlier experience includes analyst roles at Pacific Global Advisors LLC and Tishman Speyer. Matt holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a Real Estate track from the University of Virginia, completed in 2013.
