Shalini Sahay

Shalini Sahay is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing & Communications at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, Shalini has also held significant positions including Head of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Partnerships at Reserve Bank Innovation Hub and Vice President of Digital Marketing at Jana Small Finance Bank. Previously, Shalini contributed to IBM as Brand & Communications Lead for India Software Labs and held multiple roles within the company, enhancing brand presence globally. Early career experience includes managing corporate relations at KOCHHAR & CO. Shalini holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Miranda House College and an Executive Program in Digital and Social Media Marketing Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
