Kiran Gaikwad

Kiran Gaikwad has over two decades of experience in the heat treatment sector, currently serving as Associate Vice President Heat Treatment at Bharat Forge Ltd since September 2006, where responsibilities include managing four heat treatment shops and establishing departmental KPIs. Prior to this, Kiran held the position of Sr. Engineer - Heat Treatment at Body Cote from April 2001 to September 2006, focusing on vacuum heat treatment and plasma ion nitriding for various components, as well as establishing a metallurgical lab. Kiran began the career as a Trainee Engineer at Trinity Thermal Private Limited from January 2000 to March 2001. Academically, Kiran holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune, completed in 1999.
