Abhijit Patnaik

Abhijit Patnaik is a Management Trainee at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since May 2017, with a background in Marketing and Operations from a Master's degree in Business Administration obtained at Xavier Institute of Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this role, Abhijit completed summer internships at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Ashok Leyland, where a notable project involved the design of a modular test rig for Gear Shift Endurance testing. Earlier experience includes an internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, focusing on the manufacturing processes of the AL-31FP engine, as well as roles at The Automotive Research Association of India and Irizar TVS Ltd., where detailed reports on manufacturing and testing processes were produced. Abhijit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed between 2011 and 2015.
