Saptarshi Das is currently serving as a Legal Apprentice at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since January 2024, while pursuing various diploma courses in contract drafting and paralegal studies through LawSikho. Saptarshi has prior experience as a Junior Advocate and Trainee at Howrah District Court under Advocate Nanda Bandyopadhyay, focusing on dispute resolution and civil matters, and worked as an Advocate at the High Court of Calcutta after enrollment in the State Bar Council of West Bengal. The professional journey includes several internships in legal research, court observation, drafting legal documents, and client consultations across various legal institutions, including BSK Legal and the Armed Forces Tribunal. Saptarshi holds an LLB degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Calcutta, complemented by a solid foundation in commerce from Orient Day School.
