Prior to this, held various legal positions at notable law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, AZB & Partners, and DSK Legal. Sumeet's expertise lies in Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and General Corporate commercial Practice. Sumeet completed a BBALL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, and also holds XIIth and Xth degrees from Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City and St.Xavier's School, Hazaribagh respectively.
