Snigdha Dam

Snigdha Dam is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Airtel since September 2024, Snigdha previously held various leadership roles at Space Matrix, including Lead - Project Management and Senior Project Manager, from January 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Snigdha was a Project Manager at Colliers International from September 2019 to January 2023, overseeing corporate fit-out projects for national and international clients with a focus on end-to-end project delivery. Snigdha's career also includes a tenure as Project Manager at JLL and roles at Designplus as a Junior Architect and Architect Intern. Snigdha holds a Master's degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from K.R. Mangalam School of Architecture Planning, IGNOU, Delhi.
