Sirish Shetty

Sirish Shetty is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in financial markets. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at BHFT since September 2024, Sirish previously held similar roles as Chief Risk Officer at 3Red Partners and as US Head of Risk at XTX Markets. Prior positions include Head of Risk - Americas and Risk Manager at Tower Research Capital, along with roles at IMC Financial Markets & Asset Management as a Risk Analyst and Front Office Developer Team Manager. Early in the career, Sirish worked as a Software Developer at Connamara Systems, LLC, and Cerner Corporation, along with an internship at Intel Corporation. Sirish holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets/Financial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University.
