Allira Ferraro

Allira Ferraro is an experienced geologist at BHP, with a career spanning over a decade since January 2012. Initially starting as a Vacation Student and later promoted through various roles including Graduate Geologist, Geologist - Rig, Project Geologist, and Mine Geologist, Allira has gained extensive expertise in geological data acquisition, interpretation, and management. Key responsibilities include geological logging and sampling of coal, reconciliation of drilling data, safety risk assessments, coal surface modeling, contractor management, and field geology. Allira holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geoscience and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education with a focus on Geology from Queensland University of Technology.
