Amanda Castelo Branco

Amanda Castelo Branco is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group General Counsel at BHP since March 2021. With a strong background in tax law, Amanda has held roles as Principal Legal and Secondment Legal Counsel at BHP, and previously worked as an Associate at BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão from November 2017 to June 2022, as well as at Chediak Advogados from January 2013 to November 2017. Amanda completed a Pós Graduação in Direito Tributário at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2020-2022) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2010-2014), along with early education from the American School of Brasília (1994-2009).
