Fiona Wild is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in environmental and sustainability roles. Currently serving as the Group Climate and Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Sustainability and Climate Change at BHP since October 2010, Fiona has been instrumental in shaping sustainability-related public policy and advising senior management on environmental trends. Prior to BHP, Fiona held several key positions at BP, including Environmental Affairs Manager and Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager, where responsibility included developing corporate strategies and policies to enhance environmental performance. Fiona's early career included management of synchrotron research facilities for the UK Government. Fiona holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Chemistry, both from The University of Edinburgh.
