Lara Bealey

Lara Bealey has a diverse professional background with significant experience in leadership and improvement roles within the mining sector. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technical Officer at BHP, Lara has previously held positions such as Head of Improvement Coal and Manager Business Improvement at BHP. Additionally, Lara has worked as a Senior Associate at Partners in Performance and a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, along with serving as a lecturer at Rhodes University. Lara holds an LLB in Law and a BA in History, both obtained from Rhodes University, where education spanned from 2006 to 2010.
