Muhammad Hassan Abbas

Muhammad Hassan Abbas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network consulting and service level management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Infosys since September 2017, Muhammad previously held the role of Network Consultant at The Worx from January 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included creating and modifying technical design documents and standard configuration guidelines. Prior experience includes the position of Service Level Manager for British American Tobacco at Emigratus from May 2013 to December 2015, focusing on escalation management and SLA reporting. Earlier, Muhammad worked as an Assistant Manager at Wateen Telecom from September 2008 to July 2012, overseeing operations and deployments of various network technologies. Muhammad holds a BS in Software Engineering from Foundation University, Pakistan, and also studied at Linköping University.
