Ricky Brooks

Ricky Brooks is an experienced mining professional with a comprehensive background in engineering and project management across various mining sectors. Since September 2017, Ricky has held multiple superintendent roles at BHP, focusing on decline access, production data, and ventilation. Prior experience includes a senior mining engineer position at Deswik, where expertise in mine planning and design was applied, as well as a contract mining engineer role at Scotgold Resources. Ricky's early career featured a range of roles at AMC Consultants and several engineering positions at Birse Civils and Costain, contributing to diverse projects globally. An initial foundation in mining was established at HWE Mining and Placer Dome Asia Pacific, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from the University of South Australia.
