Ridwan Auladi is an experienced mining professional with a robust background in integrated planning, production management, and mine scheduling. Currently serving as Principal Integrated Planning at BHP since October 2015, Ridwan contributes to the Integrated Remote Operations Centre by collaborating with Coal Marketing and Coal Supply Chain functions. Prior roles at BHP include Superintendent Production Mine Services and Mine Scheduling Superintendent at Caval Ridge Mine, where Ridwan managed various mining operations and led optimization projects. Previously, Ridwan worked for Anglo American as Technical Services Superintendent and Mining Engineer, and for Vale as Mid Term Planning Superintendent and in various mining roles. Ridwan holds an MBA from UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, along with certifications in frontline management and Lean Six Sigma.
