Rodrigo Cisterna Cabezas is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in maintenance and operations management within the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving in various leadership roles at BHP since October 2019, including Superintendente Mantenimiento Electrico and Ingeniero Senior, Rodrigo has previously worked at OHL Concesiones México as Ingeniero Cordinador Vendor and at CODELCO in several engineering and management positions focused on continuous improvement, contract administration, and operational efficiency.
