Thomas Martin

Thomas Martin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Specialist HR Service Partner at BHP since November 2024, Thomas has previously held the role of People & Culture Coordinator and Human Resources Services Officer at Activ Foundation from November 2022 to November 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources Officer at Ertech and Access Group Australia, and Nightfill Team Captain at Coles. Thomas also gained valuable experience through internships at the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, along with earlier positions such as Filing Clerk and Sales Assistant.
