Hanny Ebbers

Hanny Ebbers is an accomplished children's author currently serving as a Kinderboekenschrijver at Samen doen Kinderboeken since January 2022, where the author wrote "Allemaal Mee," a collection of 15 stories featuring three adventurous children and their mothers. In addition to writing, Hanny has been a dedicated volunteer at Bibliotheek Gelderland Zuid since April 2021, focusing on selecting and categorizing children's literature related to sexual diversity. Hanny is also actively involved with Coming Out Dag, helping to promote the display of rainbow flags, and has volunteered with SchoolsOUT to raise awareness of sexual diversity in primary schools. A seasoned educator, Hanny has extensive experience as a remedial teacher and language instructor, having worked in various educational roles since 1976, supported by a strong academic background in education from institutions such as PABO Nijmegen and K&P Opleidingen Utrecht.
