Kristie Raines

Kristie Raines is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as VP of People and Culture and Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Management at BIC since 2013, Kristie leads a global team of 13 managers and specialists to design and implement innovative talent strategies, enhancing succession planning and leadership development. Prior to BIC, Kristie held various roles at Nestlé Waters, including National Director of Talent Acquisition, where Kristie launched an enterprise talent acquisition organization, and HR Director for the Northeast Division, managing HR support across multiple locations. Kristie began a career at Nestlé with roles such as Area Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for diverse business units in Texas. Kristie Raines holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southern Methodist University.
