Nadezhda Petkova

Nadezhda Petkova, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and finance. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence focusing on Transition, Standardization, and Quality Control at BIC since February 2020, Nadezhda previously held several key positions at GfK from April 2013 to January 2020, including Head of Finance Processes & Systems for the Shared Services Center, and Finance and Administration Manager for GFK Bulgaria. Earlier roles include Business Controller at Adecco Bulgaria and Accountant at Shell Bulgaria. Nadezhda holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo, completed between 1996 and 2001, and graduated from Sofia High School of Mathematics in 1994.
