Michael Bogenstaetter has over 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical research and life science management & strategy. Since 2008, Michael is VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at MDS Inc, driving strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Before he advised leading multinational pharma & biopharma companies on key strategic and operational issues as a Project Leader and member of the Health Care practice of The Boston Consulting Group (Boston office). Prior, Michael was an Associate Director at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in Cambridge, MA, and a medicinal chemist with Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development in La Jolla, CA.
