Hlib Maloshtan

Hlib Maloshtan is an experienced professional with a strong background in market management, planning, and finance. Currently serving as the Africa Voice Market Manager Assistant at BICS since May 2021, Hlib previously held the position of Demand Planner at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included forecasting sales for 17 countries and managing multiple product categories. Earlier experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Planner at PepsiCo, where production planning and data analytics were key functions, and as a Finance Specialist at EVO, focusing on budget planning and financial reporting. Hlib's academic qualifications include two Master's degrees in Business/Managerial Economics and Agricultural Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the Kyiv National Economics University.
