Roldan Ray dela Vina

Roldan Ray Dela Vina has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and engineering. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Services professional at BICS since October 2016, Roldan specializes in messaging, signaling, and roaming services. Previously, Roldan worked as an IREG Engineer at Mobily, focusing on roaming partner coordination and operations. Roldan began the career at Globe Telecom, where roles included Mobile Core Engineer and Field Operations Engineer, managing core network routing, VAS integration, and field operations. Roldan's career also includes experience as a Control Systems Engineer at Exponent Controls and Electrical Corporation, where responsibilities included the design and commissioning of industrial control systems. Roldan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Naga University.
